The team at Medical Sapphire Aesthetics are one of the most caring, understanding and competent teams that I have ever had the privilege of visiting. The reception is so warm and welcoming and very discreet, the reception team remember you by name before you tell them, even if you have only visited once. They are genuinely interested in you and life and the most beautiful coffee is provided to make you feel comfortable before your appointment. The clinicians are so knowledgeable and really put you at ease, they take their time and answer any questions you may have. You have a thorough consultation before you decide what treatment you would like and there is no pressure if you change your mind. I must say I absolutely thrilled with the results from my Botox, which I had in three areas and there is no other place I would go to have this treatment. After the initial treatment you have a follow up 2 weeks later (all included in the price) to ensure you are happy with your results. I can not strongly recommend this incredibly talented, knowledgeable and caring team enough.
